The Swamp Princess began as a fun bedtime story I created for my daughters. After I finished the 1st book, The Swamp Princess, I thought of the potential of a series to continue the Swamp Princess’s story, and I knew I had to go for it. The goal of The Legend of the Swamp Princess series is to have a set of books that follow the Swamp Princess on an overall journey to read one book each night before bed. I want that sense of structure in a chronological order that my elementary school daughters can follow and grow with. I hope everyone who joins the Swamp Princess and us on this journey finds as much joy and growth as we will.
