The text in my book got cut off during printing. Why did this happen?

We're sorry to hear that! In most cases, text gets cut off because it was placed outside the margin lines, which mark the safe zone for printing. Anything outside this area is at risk of being trimmed during production. Please note that BookBildr cannot be held responsible for layout issues caused by placing content outside the designated margins.

However, if the text was within the margin lines and still got cut off, please contact us and include clear photos of the defect. In such cases, we’ll be happy to provide a reprint at no additional cost.
