Because every BookBildr book is custom-made according to your own design and files, all purchases are final and non-refundable. Once an order has been placed, it goes straight into production and cannot be changed, canceled, or returned.

Please review your book carefully before checkout — check all spelling, layout, and image placement. Typos, design choices, and other user-made errors are not considered printing defects and do not qualify for a refund or reprint.

If your order arrives damaged, contains a printing error, or is lost in transit, we’ll gladly send a complimentary replacement. Simply contact us within 14 days of delivery (or the expected delivery date) and include clear photos or shipping documentation so we can verify the issue.
